I have never doubted the hospitality of Ilonggos, as they have always been the sweetest among the Filipinos, but the hospitality and service of the hotel is not enough to give it a high rating. From the looks of it, the rooms are very clean, but we were disgusted with the sight of cockroaches and the smell of the toilet (which we assume to have come from the exhaust). Also, they don't change the towels every day even when you put the towel on the floor. They only get the garbage, and that's their way of 'cleaning'. Moreover, they did not put in their website that the pool is under renovation (I have booked this hotel specifically for the pool). I hope they will improve their cleanliness and amenities. Nevertheless, thank you for your services.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, however the aircon is leaking and there is no rug to clean it, TV also not working. Room is not 100% sound proof i can hear people in hallway.

Our 訂房網站 was a last-minute plan, and after checking all the apps like Klook, Agoda, and 訂房網站, we found that 訂房網站 offered the cheapest accommodation. The app was also easy to navigate. Upon checking in, the process was smooth. The staff were courteous and provided good service. The room was exceptional—our only issue was a small leak in the ceiling, but it was manageable. Overall, the stay was really good. My friends and I enjoyed it—we had fun both in the room and at the pool. We’ll definitely be back and book again via the 訂房網站 app.

My experience staying in this hotel is bad, first of all, the location is not good. Secondly the 1st room that we have, the water in the bathroom is overflowing and very slow to drain, you can’t use the bathroom after shower cause water is flooding inside. The next one is the a/c, water is dripping from above. The 2nd room where they transfer us is almost the same, water in a/c is dripping, and the shower heads are broke, I complained but they did not fixed it. Just think twice before staying in this hotel.

Value for money. Hotel room is clean, easy and fast check in & check out services. Wifi is fast and stable in my room. Breakfast is also good, especially their black coffee (2 two thumbs up for black coffee drinker like me).

By the time we entered our room there were 2 small cockroach around the toilet bowl and by the wall, we informed the reception desk and request to transfer room asap as we are very tired, we did but atleast a Supervisor Or Manager can do an apologetic gesture to call or talked to us and the staff I can feel that they are also used to have the same complaint.
